Milo is a spunky little man with a long tail that curls when he is happy. Milo loves to be with his person wherever he or she is and has a tendency not to want to share. Sometimes that can translate to not wanting to share his person and can become more attached to one or the other. He has done well in the foster's home and with her dogs. However, at the vet clinic he did not do so well with other dogs around. He likes to talk (bark) and let you know what he is thinking, sometimes that is a lot, but he gives you that sweet Milo look; all is forgiven. He walks well on a leash and loves to see new places. Milo can be a bed hog at times and wants to sit with you on the couch. If there is no room, oh well he says, he will lay at your feet. Milo is cleared for adoption.
Milo’s History: Milo was surrendered to a shelter in El Paso, TX by his owner. He had been in two different homes prior to the shelter. Milo will need a slow transition into his next home, so an experienced foster or owner is essential. One who will watch, listen, and learn what Milo’s actions and reactions are “Saying” to you. This should help his apprehension in certain situations. Milo should not be rushed into a new household. He needs time to sniff, look, listen, and learn - time to settle into his new surroundings.
