Hope M 26079

Hi! My Name Is Hope M 26079

I'm Available

Hope is a small cooker, about 20 pounds. She is still shy, timid, and very quiet.  She is leery of humans, and it takes her a while to warm up.  She will now take treats from your hand but you must approach her slowly.  Every day she makes progress.  She gets along great with the other dogs.  She is picking up cues from them and is learning how to be a dog.   Hope is still more comfortable outside; she follows the shade around the yard and likes to lay down in the shade.  But she has become braver and comes into the house on her own.  So far, she is not a cuddler.  That might change as she gets more comfortable. She has found her voice and lets the neighbors know she is here.  Her bark is quiet and cute; she ends her bark with a little howl.  An adopter will need to have patience.  Hope deals with people and new things in her own time. Hope should have a securely fenced yard and another dog in her adoptive home.

Hope's History: Hope is one of the recent Cherokee Release Cockers, a prior mill dog mama.  She is sweet but still scared. It's taking her time to get readjusted to her new life.
