Willow W 25091

Hi! My Name Is Willow W 25091

I'm Available

Willow will remain in the Recovery Room until cleared for adoption.  She just arrived and needs all vaccines and spay surgery.

Willow is a young Cocker who was lucky enough to leave a puppy mill. She seems small/underweight and her back legs are a bit deformed (her back feet are splayed out) but she’s not letting it hold her back!  Her coat is overgrown so she will be groomed immediately.  Willow's foster says she is very sweet and warming up to the family nicely. " She’s so quiet—she hasn’t made a peep!  She’s taken to me very quickly and is warming up to the boys thanks to treats.   Everyone has been able to hand feed her. She definitely sees her crate as a safe space.  We were with her downstairs most of the day and she curled up under a table making her own little den.  We’ve seen lots of little tail wags and she’s very keen to follow me around and see what I’m up to. She’s definitely not into the leash but I was able to walk her nicely with the slip lead, a harness, and the leash".

So much for Willow to learn!   She is going to need a fenced yard because the free world is so new to her. More on Willow after her vet intake.
