Please read the information below before filling out this form.

• We are not a drop-off shelter nor do we have a physical building.
• We ACCEPT ALL COCKER SPANIELS no matter health, age, condition, temperament, or if house-trained.
• We will consider other spaniels, spaniel mixes and other breeds weighing no more than 35 lbs (when full grown).
• We do not accept large breeds of any kind: Boxers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Labradors, Herding Dogs, Malamutes, Mastiffs, Rottweilers, Dobermans, etc.
• Also, no cats, goats, mice, chickens, guinea pigs, maybe a turtle - ok no turtles either.
• We use foster homes so we may be limited on immediately housing your dog. It may take a few days, it could take a few weeks to ensure the right foster home for your dog.
