Tucker will remain in the Recovery Room until cleared for adoption. Then will be adopted by his foster.
Tucker is a handsome and energetic pup that loves being around people and wants to be your best friend - always at your side. He is one of the several puppy mill dogs we rescued this summer, and as you might imagine he is experiencing and learning about a whole new world. He would do well with someone who can give him plenty of exercise, physical and mental. He can be a little bit rough with his play, so older children would be better. He jumps a lot and tries to get into your space. This puppy is a busy one! He most likely would be okay with another dog who has similar energy or doesn’t mind him running the show. Tucker does have some separation anxiety, especially if he can’t see you or another pet. He’s young though, and with proper training and patience he has a lot of potential to be a great dog. Tucker needs more house training, learning his timing will be a great help. It will come!
Tucker would be great for someone who is home a lot and has the time to give him plenty of love and training.
