Toby will remain in the Recovery Room until cleared for adoption. He arrived heart worm posistive and is currently being treated, He will also have to be neutered before adoption.
Toby was found as a stray and was not claimed. He is doing well in foster care. He is estimated to be 4-5 years of age.
