Tess is a beautiful and playful sweet thing. She could have been named Foxy because of her reddish long hair and the black stripe on her tail. With pointed ears, longish nose, the white markings on her nose and throat she may easily be mistaken for a fox! She's super smart, house broken and dog door trained. She has been fine with her Cocker housemate giving occasional kisses except for...food and bones. They have pretty much been able to work out a system of discrimination for those consumptions that appears to be going well. Toys are easily shared, but she thinks the Cocker is absolutely crazy for returning the ball, over and over again. She thinks, "Why not just keep it"?
Tess is very comfortable in her foster home home and adapted to the routine quickly. She will, however, occasionally try to train her humans to put their shoes away by bringing them to the center of the living room, not to chew them, oh no, but so they may be openly displayed in a circle of shame. She loves to cuddle and if humans would rather, she crates well at night to sleep. She still needs training for basic commands and leash walking, which is just the thing this quick-learning active little fox loves doing! Tess aims to please.
