Sammy is a great dog! He came into rescue with a horrible skin condition which is being treated. Sammy is very friendly and loves to be pet. He weighs about 50 pounds. Sammy will make a great family dog because he is so friendly and has a good temperament. He sleeps near his foster and his foster 'brothers. However, by the next morning he is asleep in the foster's bed. Sammy does not like cats! He is happy being outside playing and chasing squirrels. His chronic skin condition will require continued vet care by his adopter to get it to a place of total resolve. Our vet and has prescribed medication for a fungal infection and special shampoo. Sammy is feeling and doing so much better and is growing hair on his “bald” spots.
Sammy would appreciate donations toward his vet care while still in his foster home.
