“Mom says here comes Sally Sue. Not sure why she calls me that, but it gets my attention and I come running (most of the time). I am all puppy and growing all the time. I am very smart! I love to play, explore, and dig for treasure. Mom does not see it that way and scolds me but sighs and says that is a puppy for you. I will need training on the leash, but I am only young and need a patient person to help me with these things. I am potty trained and can use the dog door. I would love to hike and explore more places. I am not a fan of car rides, it scares me. In time I am sure we can beat it.
Here is my background: I arrived in rescue with a bite wound on my head and part of an ear missing because I had been attacked by another dog. Healing of the wound has caused unusual scarring and contraction of my left eyelid. I have had two surgeries to repair my eyelid wounds and now it functions almost normally.
