Hi I’m Rooster! I am a 4 month old Cocker Spaniel puppy that loves to play and go for walks. I have special needs but I don’t let that slow me down one bit. I am fully deaf in my right ear and I am almost fully blind, I can see a small amount of light and movement in my left eye. My foster parent can’t tell I’m blind most of the time because I have the house and the yard mapped out so well. On walks I am very confident and I use commands “Step up” and “Step down” to navigate curbs. I also know the sit command, down command, and I am working on waiting for my dinner and potty training. I love playing with the other dogs in my house but sometimes I get a little rough. I am a very smart pup and even though I’m blind I am eager to please and like most cockers I am highly food motivated. I would be best suited for a household with another playful dog and a big backyard since I love exploring the outdoors. I would also love someone who is home a lot so I don’t get lonely. I can’t wait to find my forever family!
