Rico is a friendly little dog Cockapoo looking for love. He wants to be where his people are. He lays on the floor right beside you. Cruising in the car, riding shotgun is the best thing ever (of course he needs the window down). He walks great on a leash and enjoys sniffing out the plants along the way. His foster discovered he shakes hands and gives such a look of adoration. He gets along well with his doggie clan and will object if someone has his favorite ball. When I say enough, everyone scatters. Ricco needs to loose weight. He has recently been diagnosed with Cushing's Disease and is on a maintenance dose of medication. His adopter will need to continue with follow-up testing to be sure the Cushing's Disease remains under control.
Ricco would do better with older kids. He is the best guy and deserves a loving home that will take an interest in playing, spending time with him and loving the guy he is.
