Noggie is a Puppy Mill Rescue Dog. He is shy, but a super happy dog with a bright personality. He loves the dogs in his foster home and is enjoying getting to run and play in the yard. Noggie is a sweet, gentle, darling, little guy. He is the typical cocker; he’s human centric, playful, wants all the love, etc. We have yet to hear him bark. He loves to be loved, loves to play, and enjoys being with his people every moment of every day! This little guy was neglected for the first two years of his life, he’s not fully potty-trained. He tends to be skittish when he feels stress or is unsettled. Noggie has some separation anxiety and can be a little territorial over food and his crate. He’s working on building his confidence with daily walks. He loves to go to work with us.
Although we believe he would do best with other dogs in the home, he might also do fine as an only dog. Having a yard for him to run and play is a must.
