Murphy will remain in the Recovery Room until cleared for adoption. He is bonded to Boone. The foster family plans on adopting them.
Murphy's prior owner said that he is the most tender, kind hearted dog. He is loyal, always by your side following wherever you go! Murphy is a great companion, he doesn’t like to be alone which is why it’s crucial he stays with his brother Boone, he has some separation anxiety when left alone and will at times cry when we leave the house. If you get up and leave the room he will most likely follow wondering where you’re going. He is so incredibly gentle and easy to love he just wants physical touch, lots of love and to be integrated better in someone who has more time and attention to give. He has never been aggressive with their young kids, but doesn’t like to be smothered by young kids he would for sure prefer more mature children to be around or kids who don’t smother dogs. He is young at heart and loves chasing toys wandering the yard going on walks and he has plenty of energy when out on walks etc. he’s truly the sweetest most tender loving dog who deserves someone who can give him the attention and love he craves.
Murphy is doing well in foster care and is awaiting his intake vet examination.
