Millie is a Beagle / Corgi-mix. Millie’s history: She was dumped with a Cocker Spaniel on a cold and rainy Christmas Eve night at a Wildlife Rehab Center in Missouri. They were found soaking wet, cuddled up and shivering.
Millie is a very sweet dog. She has had training and will come when called. She will jump into the car to go for a ride and stick her head out the window. She is dog door trained. She will jump on the bed or coach to be with her person. She is usually friendly and happy, and good with adults. Millie wants to be the dominant dog so she needs a strong dog or no dog in the home. We were told that Millie is sweet and affectionate, but she does not like her legs touched, a common issue. It has been said that Millie has selective hearing. The sanctuary we got Millie from thought that she might be ok with a large dog because that is what she was used to at their facility. Or a home as an only dog who will get a lot of love and attention from a new owner.
