Maggie will remain in the Recovery Room untill cleared for adoption.
UPDATE 10/22/25: Maggie has been to the vet. Her teeth are horribe! She has a chest x-ray and a dental scheduled for Nov 7th. Today she "smiled" and wagged her tail for the first time :) She is seeking and enjoying love and attenteion from her fosters.
Maggie just arrived. She is a timid girl, alert and interested in her new surroundings in her foster home. She is a sweet, older dog who is looking to spend her remaining time with a patient, kind and loving family. She is estimated to be about 10 years old. Maggie was in a local shelter twice as a stray so unfortunately there is limited home history known for her. She has been somewhat timid in the shelter but seeks affection from staff and hasn't had any noticeable behavior issues.
