Meet Cindy! This sweet girl is waiting for her forever home. This cute little girl is a 2 year old Cocker/Cavalier mix. According to our records, her birthday was December 1st. Cindy was at one time a breeder's dog. Her adoptive parent sadly passed away and their family was not able to keep her.
Her foster mom describes her as one who gives the best hugs and loves to cuddle. She is such a good girl and just loves being around her foster mom. Cindy loves walks and car rides. Her foster mom tells us she is food motivated and that they are working on her manners.
Cindy was scheduled to be spayed, but the DVM detected a heart murmur and recommended to have it looked at by a specialist. The specials reported the mummer is what is termed functional. All that means is her little heart sings a bit louder than those of other dogs. Cindy will have to wait for her spay as the went into heat and now has to wait until the beginning of 2025.
