Charlotte will remain in the Recovery Room until cleared for adoption. Charlotte has a dental and spay surgery pending.
Charlotte arrived without records, overweight, dirty ears and needing a bath and hairut. Just look at her beauty after grooming! She is eating and drinking. Seems housetrained. She is loves being close with her foster's other dogs. We can alrady tell that Charlotte will need another dog and a fenced yard.
