Buster arrived as one of the 3rd group of puppy mill dogs we rescued in the Summer 2025. Buster went to the vet for a much needed dental and was found to have a fractured jaw. He has now been treated by our Dental Specialist, Dr. Monique Weldon in Aurora Co, for jaw repair along with several tooth extractions.
From broken to brave… Buster’s future is bright.
From the moment Buster arrived in our care — scared, silent, and in pain — we knew his road to healing would be long. What we didn’t know was just how many hearts he would touch along the way. This brave little soul was suffering from a pathologic jaw fracture caused by years of untreated dental disease. With your generosity and encouragement, we raised the funds needed for his life-changing surgery.
20 teeth removed.
A massive bone graft placed.
No wires. No jaw removal. Just healing ahead.
