Teddy will remain in the Recovery Room until he is cleared for adoption. He needs to be neutred.
Teddy has a very affectionate, people-oriented personality. He bonds closely with his family and loves attention, playtime, and being involved in daily activities. He is smart, curious, and food-motivated, making him eager to learn and very trainable. He has typical puppy energy and benefits from routine, structure, and regular mental and physical stimulation.
He is currently reactive toward other dogs. When he sees or is near them, he can become overstimulated and may bark or lunge, so he is not comfortable interacting with other dogs at this time and would do best as the only pet in the home. With people, he is friendly, social, and has not shown aggression.
He would thrive in a calm, structured environment with an owner committed to continued training and helping him build confidence. Given his age, his behavior has strong potential to improve with consistency, proper management, and positive reinforcement.
