Chewie will remain in the Recovery Room until cleared for adoption.
We need to learn more about Chewie and what his needs are. He came from a local shelter and before that he was in a home with several other dogs. He hasn't had much exposure to new people or places. Chewie would benefit from someone willing to focus on confidence building with him with new places and people. He is shy but does quietly seek attention from people who spend time with him. He does seem to seek out comfort in other dogs so another friendly dog in the home may help him come out of his shell.
