Zorro will remain in the Recovery Room until cleared for adoption.
Zorro is a loving, sweet, gentle old man. He is overweight, but working on losing a few pounds. Zorro has a moderate left sided mitral heart murmur, which is very common with the Cavalier breed. He takes daily medication to aid with his heart function and to prevent fluid build up in his lungs, but he does have an occasional cough. He could use a dental prophylaxis (cleaning). And Zorro has several "old age skin tags" known as adenomas generalized over his body. None bother him at this time. Zorro also has some mild arthritis, especially in his right knee. He has been receiving an anti-inflammatory pain medication as well as laser treatments to help with his pain. He is quite attached to his brother dog, Cisco Kid, and likes to groom/lick Cisco. They do play together and spend a lot of their time just enjoying each other's company. Zorro has a sweet soul and a cute, derpy face. He's a lovebug!
