Harley came to rescue after his owner passed away. Harley is a very sweet and gentle guy. He is very calm. I have the perfect words to describe Harley: He is a sweet, old soul. Harley walks on a leash very well and does his business right away. He likes only short walks, always checking back to make sure you are there. He barks at other dogs as he walks by. He is energetic in spurts, but not hyper He enjoys being outside. He has had many teeth pulled since coming to rescue, and still enjoys eating. Harley is obedient and wants to please. If you tell him to go lay down, he will go and lay down in a “comfy place. He likes to take dog naps. He does well when meeting other people, he will sniff them out and then go away. Harley is practically the perfect dog. He would be able to adapt to a loving, calm, environment. Being that he is black and white his personality completely matches his markings. He is a gentleman, perfect to take to an upscale event, or night on the town type in his “tuxedo”.
