Tuffy loves to play with toys and balls, he will play for hours. Tuffy's history is that he was taken from an abusive home where he had been tied to a chair and hit. He does get along with other dogs. He has a tendency to become moody and will get cranky if he is trying to rest. Because of this trait we do not recommend small children. He is very smart and might try to control his surroundings. He likes to rest in his crate and will come out on his own terms, when he is ready. He is still re-learning trust and can get fearful and thus reactive. As far as his medical needs, he has dry-eyes and needs a patient human to apply the daily eye drops.
