Cocoa is very shy at first but will come to trust you. She opened up to her female foster before the man. She will growl if she feels cornered or while protecting her human. She gets along with her two foster-girl dogs. She eats well and enjoys prancing around the back yard. She is crate-trained but accidents will happen if she does not go outside immediately after a meal. She will bark at sounds, such as a baby crying on the television. She also barks at her foster-feline but does not try to hurt him. Cocoa does not walk well on a leash but is learning as she often goes on long walks. Has cancer. Stable and doing well. Needs Foster Move asap. Foster no longer able to keep her. Ideally would be best to move with Chardonnay as they are great buddies. Probable long term foster.
If not already, Cocoa N will be micro-chipped, spayed (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on her shots prior to adoption. If you would like to meet Cocoa N to see if she is a good fit for your home, please fill out an Adoption Application online.
