Bentley was considered at stray as he lived the last 6-mos or more of his life outside in the state of Nevada and had never seen a vet. After arriving and learning the love from his fosters, he was groomed and loves to be loved. Bentley is a loving, healthy and active young male. He always wants to please his human so he needs a good set of instructions to live by. He loves to be pet and often rolls over to get those extra special belly rubs. Bentley can be somewhat timid when in new environments or meeting new people but he is a fast learner and shows improvement with his training all the time. Bentley plays well with dogs his size or smaller but likes to chase and bark at cats. He falls asleep quickly when riding in a crate in the car, but also likes to put his head close to the window on nice days. Bentley has been around considerate children over the age of 7 and does great. Since Roman lived with companion dogs his entire short life, he would be happiest with another furry friend.
If not already, Bentley will be micro-chipped, neutered (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on his shots prior to adoption. If you would like to meet Bentley to see if he is a good fit for your home, please fill out an Adoption Application online.
