Ginger and Cookie are five year old white and copper sisters who love to be with each other.  They are an attractive pair with wonderful coloring and soft coats.  They enjoy playing indoors with their toys and romping in the yard.  They get along well with other dogs and with children.  These girls should adapt easily and quickly to their new home. 

These two came to us from southeast Missouri.  They are both spayed and up to date on their vaccinations.  RMCR will microchip both for a new owner.  These two girls are very closely bonded and have always been together.  Therefore, they will only be adopted as a pair.

Skipper is a three year old male Cocker Spaniel that came to us from one of the Denver shelters.  He’d been picked up as a stray and no one claimed him. 

Skipper impressed the folks at the shelter because he seemed to know basic commands.  He also did not soil his kennel, preferring to wait to go outside to do his business.   With reinforcement, praise and consistency he will most likely be fully house trained.  He was neutered when he came into rescue and has had all of his vaccinations.  RMCR will microchip him for you.

He is very friendly, likes to go on walks and be with you and follow you around.  He has a long tail that doesn’t stop wagging.  He appears that he should to be an only dog.  He is very, very possessive of tennis balls and he loves to play tug of war.  Because of his possessiveness,  we recommend that he not go to a home with small children.  We’re not sure how he reacts to cats, so a cat-free home is probably best.

Hi! Prince here. I just wanted to say that my foster Mom is the best, but I have been waiting and wishing for a family that wants an only dog (my foster Mom has two already). You see, I don’t know how to play with other dogs or even people. I know how to throw my own ball and fetch and play tug of war with a round rope. But, you know, I heard that sometimes dogs have humans that play with them. Even small humans. I have good manners and never do outside chores in the house. I know how to use a doggy door so I can sit on the back porch and watch other humans go by with their dog. Every time my human sits down, I am right there by her lap if she needs something and I go to my crate at night and curl up with the door open. Couldn’t we meet at McDonalds and talk about it?

Ulyses is a wonderful dog! He is happy and wiggly all the time. He came to us with pneumonia and was very sick. Now he is doing so much better and ready for his forever home. He is a fun loving 18 month old red/white parti-colored neutererd male Cocker Spaniel. He is great with other dogs and children. He is potty trained and crate trained and he has freckles to die for! He is still taking his antibiotics and the vet wants to give him a chest x-ray in another month but feels he is ready for adoption. He is up to date on his vaccines and heart worm negative. You will fall in love with this bouncy puppy dog!

Koby came to rescue with his best friend, Iverson, after their owner passed away.  Koby is a copper and white parti-color male that is approximately three years old.  He is neutered and up to date on all his vaccinations.  Koby is house broken. 

Koby loves to romp and play.  He’s also comfortable just cuddling.  He knows come, off, hush, and sit.  He loves playing with toys and chewies, and isn’t really into playing with balls.  Koby doesn’t really care for the crate. He seems to only barks for attention or to get his own way.  He seems to be fine with other dogs and cats.  We recommend that he go to a home with older children since he is so active.

House is 1-1/2 years old and is a very sweet and beautiful dog. He tends to be timid at first but he is also looking for his forever family where he can come out of his shell and show everyone how much fun he is. He really likes to play with Toby and is interested in other animals. He is happy with children. He just needs to be loved and hugged so that he no longer feels the need to be timid. 

He is house broken and will go in a crate. He shows no aggessive tendencies and submits to alphas.  He is eagerly searching for his forever family. He will provide love, care, and hugs to someone lucky enough to adopt him.
