As soon as Milo left the shelter he was treated to a spa day. He does very well with grooming. Riding in the car is fun for him; he is learning his place is in the back seat.
Milo’s personality is blossoming in a loving home. He gets along well with other dogs he meets. He loves to fetch the tennis ball. Milo can be an Olympic lounge lizard watching movies on rainy days or curled up next to an office desk while his human works. He is a hardy hiker. He likes mountain trails and leisurely leash walk around town. He has graduated to hiking off leash and never wanders far. He manages an unfenced yard well as long as he has company, if no one is around he patiently waits at the door for someone to check on him or let him in. He loves to be a human or canine companion. He knows to go to the back door for potty breaks and is crate trained. He is a happy snuggly little guy. He is working on trusting strangers which seems to the last indication he was ever in a shelter.
If not already, Milo will be micro-chipped, neutered (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on his shots prior to adoption. If you would like to meet Milo to see if he is a good fit for your home, please fill out an Adoption Application online.
