Young Female, 4 years old $300
Lola is a prior mill dog mama. She is adjusting well to life after a puppy mill. Lola has a sweet personality and has always been interested in and open to people, although a little shy and sometimes skittish. She seems to like other dogs but is hesitant and needs to be "top dog". She has beautiful fur that seems to change color depending on the lighting. Lola is not fully potty trained and isn't leashed trained. Many things in her foster home are new to Lola and those things can be interesting, surprising or scary. It's a slow process but Lola is a bright dog and her behavior improves a little bit each day as she learns to trust.
Lola wagged her tail for the first time a week after her arrival. She learned how to take a treat the same day - big day! With time and patience, Lola continues to learn how to enjoy living with people as a pet. She also likes toys and is warming up to the yard. She has realized that she can bark. She needs structure in her home, patience and eventually will benefit from training. Good with her female canine companion.
.Recovering form spay surgery, mammary mass removals, and dental.
