Gemini (Gemma) is a 9-year-old female buff-colored Cocker who was surrendered with her long-time best girl friend Oracle who is 7 years old. Her owners had some life changes requiring them to give up the girls so they could get the attention and wonderful home they deserve. Gemini is crate trained and is working on leash training so she doesn't pull so hard. She is also working on house training. She does not care for young children and will snap if someone tries to take her toy or food, so we recommend a home without children under the age of 12 years. Gemini knows some basic commands and has had home training. She needs to be adopted with Oracle and they really need a good-sized fenced yard in which to play and run. She is a very sweet girl who will be the absolute best companion to the right family or person.
Bonded with 14-086, Oracle.
Per Owner - Gemma (Gemini) is a beautiful blonde Cocker. She is very smart, can sit, shake, lay down, dance for a treat & a couple of other tricks not appropriate for mixed company (taught by her original owners, not me). She is very cuddly, likes to lay/sit near or on people. She is very good motivated. Can be obstinate but sweet talking her usually works with minimal grumbling from her. She is not good with small children. Not good with dogs that come into her space, but is ok around other dogs if she is not home. She loves walks & getting into a stream on a walk.
If not already, Gemini H will be micro-chipped, spayed (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on her shots prior to adoption. If you would like to meet Gemini H to see if she is a good fit for your home, please fill out an Adoption Application online.
