I was named after the children’s book Corduroy. I am the sweetest most adorable girl dog you will meet. And my foster mom always says I'm beautiful. I've blossomed into a happy go lucky dog who doesn't act her age. I hop and trot around the yard like a 5-year-old even though I’m 11! I even jumped off a 2 foot deck!!! I loved how I felt like I was flying, so I did it again. It was so fun, but my foster mom banned me. Exploring is one of my favorite past times and I love being outside.
I get along with other dogs and l-o-v-e to snuggle on the couch and watch TV. I also enjoy lying on soft doggie beds. Yes, I am a princess and prefer 2 dog beds, one stacked upon the other. I like to leave my toys on my bed where they’re “safe”. I do need a supply of small ping pong like balls as I like to carry them around. I think I’ve lost a few when they rolled under the furniture. I can't run out so I will need a supply of them.
I need ear drops daily and take a pill two times a day. Since, I need these medicines for the rest of my life, I don't mind taking them. I like my pill hidden in some wet dog food - I think it’s a treat. I need to lose a few pounds, but I'm happy being plump. A stair-free house would be best. would love to go to a home where another dog, or two, can keep me company and to share doggie secrets.
Once we meet, you will fall in love and I will be your loving loyal companion. This I promise.
