Lucky
Lucky is a very sweet and affectionate eight-year-old red-haired Cocker boy. Because he came to us from the Denver Municipal Animal Shelter, we don’t know much about him, but he settled right into his foster home. He loves to go to the park and follow his noise. When he meets a new dog, he barks and can snap at them more out of fear than anything else. Once he is more comfortable with another dog around and feels safe, he settles down. He gets along very well with his foster parents’ adopted dog; don’t know about cats. He is also very good with little kids, teens, adults and strangers. He is very well-behaved and polite. He is hearing-impaired, but that doesn’t stop him from being curious, loyal and affectionate. Lucky has a soft coat and an adorable smile. He is fully house-broken, has had all his shots, teeth cleaned and is neutered. He knows sit with a cookie in hand and we’re working on teaching him more commands. Could you give this adorable little guy a forever home? Lucky would do best as an only dog.
