Hale’s Rescue Rewards Program allows customers to let them know that they adopted a pet and saved a life. When they do so, they receive 10 percent off the cost of their pet door order. Hale asks which rescue group or shelter they would like to receive a donation that amounts to the same 10 percent amount. Over 750 groups have benefited, and in 2010 Hale donated $20,728 to rescues and shelters all over the country.
Western Plains Animal Refuge – is a non-profit, no-kill animal shelter located in Hays, Kansas. We are dedicated to providing public education, as well as adoption programs for dogs, cats and other domestic animals. We also provide wildlife rescue and rehabilitation services for birds and wild animals.
