Franklin is a puppy mill survivor and could not be sweeter. His foster mom said he was just perfect at her house, so we’re hoping he is just as perfect in his forever home. Sammy the cat isn’t as happy as Allissa and Eric are to have him around, but Franklin is hoping for a new playmate with Sammy, so we hope Sammy warms up soon.
