WAIVER OF LIABILITY BY VOLUNTEER
I, (hereinafter referred to as "Volunteer") hereby waive any claim against Rocky Mountain Cocker Rescue (hereinafter referred to as “RMCR”) which I may now have or which may arise for any reason, including the negligence of the RMCR, in the course of my working as a Volunteer for RMCR. In particular I acknowledge that in working with dogs, there is a risk that any dog may bite or scratch, and that exposure to such risk is a necessary part of working with dogs and that RMCR shall not be responsible for any damages, losses, or other injuries to person, pet, or real or personal property occurring in the course of my working as a Volunteer for RMCR.
I therefore agree to indemnify and hold the Rescue Serviceits principalsagentsofficersdirectorsmembersemployeesrepresentativesagentsvolunteersother foster parentsand assignspast or present“the Releasees” harmless for any loss I may suffer as a Volunteer. Should Idespite the provisions of this Waiver of Liabilitybring legal action against any of the Releasees for any such lossthen I agree to pay the costsincluding attorneys’ feesincurred in defending any such action I may bring.
